The staff here at Bigfoot Mobile RV Services LLC is comprised of three individuals. Roger Malone, certified RV technician, who owns the business, and does the day-to-day operations. Accompanying Roger is his assistant, Richard. Richard has years of experience in maintenance as has been working with Roger for almost a year now. Lastly

SERVICES AND PRICING
MOBILE RV SERVICES
Specializing in repairs of major RV components such as refrigerator repair, A/C unit repair, electrical repairs, RV furnaces, gas and plumbing issues and other services. All fees for services rendered are expected at the time work is completed and are non-refundable. The below service fee is based on a 50-mile radius from Greeneville, TN. Each mile traveled beyond will be adjusted accordingly. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!
TANK CLEANING SERVICES
$300.00
YES, you heard correctly! Beginning in the Spring of 2025, Bigfoot Mobile RV Services LLC will be offering tank cleaning services. We will clean up to 3 tanks for the listed price of $300. If there are additional tanks, it will be an additional $100 per tank. If there are issues with clogs and you have separate issues, there will be additional costs. See hourly rates tab below. Ask us about those services today!
SERVICE CALL FEE
$100.00
This fee is to be paid prior to the technician leaving the jobsite. This is the fee paid just for us coming to your location. This fee is non-refundable.
HOURLY RATE
$175.00
This rate is paid in addition to the service fee for the amount of time a technician spends assessing and/or fixing your issues. All calls have a 1-hour minimum charge. These fees are non-refundable.
** BLACK TANK HOURLY RATES ARE $250.00 PER HOUR **
