The staff here at Bigfoot Mobile RV Services LLC is comprised of three individuals. Roger Malone, certified RV technician, who owns the business, and does the day-to-day operations. Accompanying Roger is his assistant, Richard. Richard has years of experience in maintenance as has been working with Roger for almost a year now. Lastly

This is Roger's wife and takes care of assisting with the bookkeeping and management of records etc.
SERVICES AND PRICING
MOBILE RV SERVICES
Specializing in repairs of major RV components such as refrigerator repair, microwaves, A/C unit repair, electrical repairs, gas and plumbing and other services. All services rendered are P.O.D. (Paid On Delivery) at the time work is completed and are non-refundable. The below service fee is based on a 50 mile radius from Greeneville, TN. Each mile traveled beyond will be adjusted accordingly. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!
SERVICE FEES
100.00
This fee is to be paid prior to the technician leaving the jobsite. This is the fee paid just for us coming to your location. This fee is non-refundable.
HOURLY RATES
175.00
This rate is paid in addition to the service fee for the amount of time a technician spends assessing and/or fixing your issues. All calls have a 1-hour minimum charge. These fees are non-refundable.
BLACK TANK HOURLY RATES ARE $250.00 PER HOUR
All service fees and hourly rates are non-refundable and services are P.O.D. (Paid the day work is completed). We take cash, credit card, and checks. CONTACT PHONE NUMBER IS A LANDLINE, NO TEXTING PLEASE!
